3rd Generation Delta IV Self-Centering Vise with 96mm Mounting Pattern

  • Now featuring hardened stainless steel construction machined and ground to the tightest tolerances
  • 4 in 1 Modularity - can be configured as self-centering, fixed-centering, single station, and dual station
  • 96mm pull studs are not included
  • This unit includes aluminum soft jaws. Gripper jaws sold separately. 

Improving on the successful 1st and 2nd generation Delta IV fixed-centering vises, our 3rd generation self-centering multi-axis vises add a number of improvements across the board.  

The heart of the vise is our PATENTED Delta jaw-retention system, now improved with a unique self centering anchor.

Jaw Retention
  • A spring loaded ball is factory assembled in the back of each carrier
  • A 5/16"-18 set screw is installed in the back of each jaw
  • Using a 5/32" allen wrench, tight the set screw until it bottoms out, then back off 1/8 to 1/4 turn
  • This provides sufficient holding force while preventing the jaws from binding
