With our 2nd generation iterative improvements, we've virtually eliminated jaw lift. Users will typically see jaw lift in the range of 0.0005" - 0.001" for second operations, and 0.001-0.002" for first operations.
Our new master jaw system allows top jaws to be bolted from above, utilizing the standard bolt pattern for 4" and 6" vises, e.g. Monster Jaws™. Alternatively, design your own custom top jaw stack using laser cut components from suppliers like SendCutSend®.
