Never seen or tried an Orange Vise product? Call or email us to request a demo. A demo is treated like a purchase, but with an extended 30-day return policy and fewer restrictions on usage. Demo quantities are generally limited to one of any product family, e.g. one vise with one subplate, and requires preauthorization to ensure that a product has a strong likelihood of being the right fit for your application.
Product Return Policy
At Orange Vise Co, we strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality products. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy for eligible products.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Products that have been damaged, altered, or used will not be accepted for return.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, excluding defective or damaged products.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team to request a return.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will provide a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the product back to us.
- Package the product in its original packaging and include all accessories, documentation, and a copy of the original purchase receipt.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the conditions for return, we will process a refund for the purchase price, minus the 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Defective or damaged products will not be subject to the 20% restocking fee. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Returns in exchange for store credit will not be subject to the 20% restocking fee.
This return policy does not affect any manufacturer’s warranty that may apply to the product.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Orange Vise Company will repair or replace at its option any vise or workholding component it determines to be defective in materials or workmanship. The warranty will be in effect for lifetime of the original owner.
The lifetime warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
