Never seen or tried an Orange Vise product? Call or email us to request a demo. A demo is treated like a purchase, but with an extended 30-day return policy and fewer restrictions on usage. Demo quantities are generally limited to one of any product family, e.g. one vise with one subplate, and requires preauthorization to ensure that a product has a strong likelihood of being the right fit for your application.
Return Authorization is required prior to sending your order back to Orange Vise Company.
To request a Return Authorization, please contact Orange Vise customer service at [email protected] or 714-482-3952 and have your order number or account information available. All returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery with a Return Authorization. Returned items must be new and unopened in original packaging and show no signs of wear, damage, abuse or alteration. Failure to meet these conditions may cause your request for return credit to be denied. We will gladly refund you the entire purchase price of your items less shipping and 10% restocking fee. Alternatively, if you choose to receive store credit in lieu of a refund, the restocking fee will be waived.
Some items are not stocked by Orange Vise and are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Because of this, some items may have higher restocking fees depending on other vendor policies beyond our control. Please contact us if you have questions regarding this policy.
Order discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days after receipt of order.
All refunds will be given in the original payment form (Credit Card, PayPal, Check etc.)
We're not satisfied until you're satisfied. If you've purchased products from us and later realized that it wasn't the right fit for your application, please call or email us. We're eager to propose solutions to problems.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Orange Vise Company will repair or replace at its option any vise or workholding component it determines to be defective in materials or workmanship. The warranty will be in effect for lifetime of the original owner.
The lifetime warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
