Return Authorization is required prior to sending your order back to Orange Vise Company.
To request a Return Authorization please contact Orange Vise customer service at 714-482-3952 and have your order number or account information available. All returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery with a Return Authorization. Returned items must be new and unopened in original packaging and show no signs of wear, damage, abuse or alteration. Failure to meet these conditions may cause your request for return credit to be denied. We will gladly refund you the entire purchase price of your items less shipping and 10% restocking fee. Some items are not stocked by Orange Vise and are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Because of this, some items may have higher restocking fees depending on other vendor policies beyond our control. Please contact us if you have questions regarding this policy.
Order discrepancies must be reported within 2 business days after receipt of order.
All refunds will be given in the original payment form (Credit Card, PayPal, Check etc.)
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Orange Vise Company will repair or replace at its option any vise or vise component it determines to be defective in materials or workmanship. The warranty will be in effect for lifetime of the original owner.
The lifetime warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
